Esperanza Ordinez,  MD, Medical Director, Air Escort, Inc.

 

 

Dr. Ordinez graduated from Boston University Medical School and did surgical internship and residency at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in California. She is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a former emergency room director and director of Johnston County Advanced Life Support Program in North Carolina.  Dr. Ordinez has many years of experience with medical transport programs and we are pleased to have her as our medical director. Dr. Ordinez provides medical consultation on all patients that are transported with an Air Escort Medical staff member. If additional instructions are needed during trips, remote consultation is done to assure the best care is given. Additionally, Dr. Ordinez is bilingual speaking both spanish and english providing an advantage when transporting spanish speaking patients and interfacing with spanish speaking hospitals in other countries.
