Air Escort commits to assist local television station efforts to repartition of elderly couple

Air Escort CEO Joe Gonzales has pledged over $7,000 worth of services to assist an elderly couple trapped in Italy after a fall from a tour bus causing a severe head injury. The couple was enjoying their 50 year wedding anniversary when the accident occurred. We review cases a few times a year to see what we can do to give back to the community that has been so good to us says Joe Gonzales, CEO, Air Escort. In this case, we felt that our services would benefit this couple who cannot afford to get back to the United States any other way. We are waiting for the patient to be cleared to travel before commencement of the trip.

Airline Baggage rules

We are opposed to the changes the airlines are making to baggage allowances and the charges that are incurred during our trips. Most of the time these changes will not affect our flights however, the already reduced overhead bin space will now become a potential for delayed flights, and the potential for conflict on board the aircraft. Since we Pre-Board all of our patients, bin space is never an issue during patient portions of flights.
